This also allows everyone to learn, activate, and embody the ascension frequencies at a pace perfect for everyone’s individualized highest spiritual potentials. Please remember that we must embody these Krystal frequencies and it is more about being IN the body and streamlining your embodiment sequences than it is to “get out of the body to ascend, and or to avoid the body, emotions or feelings.“ This is a false ascension style of teaching that is prevalently seen in common New Age, False White Light Circles where there are huge groups of Starseeds and Indigos that are disembodied from their truth and ungrounded attempting to understand ascension. This False New Age teaching leaves others partaking in reality lenses that are only around love, light and brightness. By following the guidance of your body, away from false reality inserts and forced identities, your body will guide you and tell you anything you would ever need to know that is perfectly aligned to your highest and best interests.

Your body, the human vessel you incarnated on earth with is a Mother Arc Technology, and is a place of overflowing wellsprings of sacred truths. Truth of Riza provides self study programs in various subjects so that you can understand and spiritually grow through direct experiences of higher sensory perceptions and telepathic body language or body speak. We must keep turning inward, tuning into our body, returning back to the true source that we are (cosmic love), instead of blindly following external sources, organized religions, and suggestions from people who are systematically educated/indoctrinated and are not connected to their heart or emotional sentience. Listening to others without testing for full and truthful resonance does not serve our highest ascension path.
